You don’t always have those answers, initially. It’s a process in which you have to be patient with yourself and the time it takes to understand the differences. Years ago, as the novice in the room, I had to become educated. I would listen to others in the industry speak from a position of insight and knowledge that I didn’t have. It became very clear to me that we needed to educate our customers, giving them that knowledge so that they understand exactly what the project solution involves, what are the best solutions and why.
Since 1996, The Pool Works has been working with the leading manufacturers in the industry,

Thus, we embarked on bringing the best-in-class products and services to each project.
Lunch & Learns
In addition to providing some of the most comprehensive informational proposals in the industry, we wanted to create other avenues for sharing industry information. That’s when we became involved in Lunch & Learns and Classroom Education.
We attend Lunch & Learns in two ways, as a Vendor and as a Presenting Education Partner. This has proved to be an invaluable tool as a trusted resource for property managers and Board of Directors. This is a great way to connect with existing customers to discuss upcoming projects in a more social setting and to answer industry specific questions. We also value the time that we get to spend meeting making new contacts and become an additional resource in their tool box.

Board Meetings
Often when a Board of Directors is contemplating a vendor choice for a project, they like to meet with the companies to get more of a feel through face to face feedback. Whether it be on the topics of process, experience, expertise or to review more technical aspects of a proposed project. We are always available to attend and answer any questions that you may have.
Classes & CE Credit Classes
We offer classes for groups of property managers and Board of Directors on a host of topics. For large enough groups, we can custom tailor a program. The Pool Works also has CE (Continuing Education) Accredited Classes. We can present at Lunch and Learns, Property Management Offices, other group venues or our corporate showroom.
